For the month of April our girls night out was at a club house with a "very special guest" Edward... yep Edward from twilight... he he he. We saw the movie again but I could not stay until the end because I was so busy taking care of Isabella's b-day party, but at least I stayed a little bit and took some pictures with him.

I'm trying to create a new tradition in our family that on the day of that person's b-day I'll bring breakfast in bed for them with their favorite food. So that's what I did for Bella, I brought breakfast in bed for her and she just loved it. She said it was the best breakfast in the whole wild world and that made me feel so happy, because everything was so simple. Her friend Victoria came for a sleep over and she got a breakfast in bed as well and she also loved it. Than we went to the store build a bear so she could choose a bear as her b-day present. At that same day, she chose that she wanted to go rock climbing and she is really good at it. Kevin was a little scared but still he tried. For sure we had a busy day.

We always have our family home evening on Mondays with a lesson, treat and activity and I guess once a month for this day we're trying to do something a little more fancy, so for the month of March we went to see the movie Monsters vs. Aliens with some popcorn and the kids loved it.
The kids had a primary egg hunt at a park and they loved it. The primary president was there and she was explaining to the kids the real meaning of Easter. They sat still and learned a little more from her. It was great.

The next day I went to another brazilian restaurant to celebrate a little more of my b-day with my family and some friends. It was good to eat a "churrasco".
Once a month we have our "girls night out" just with brazilian girls. For the month of March we went to a brazilian restaurant to eat a brazilian pizza with a live band and also to celebrate my b-day and marcia's. The day that we went was exacly the day of my b-day. I was so happy to have all my friends there. We had a total of 37 girls that night, we ate, sang and danced a lot. I truly had a blast.

Me with the guys from the band.

Singing happy b-day for us.

The cake that my good friend Cecilia made! It was divine.

Brazilian pizza

The desert was deliciuos.
For the appreciation week for the teachers, me and the room representatives had to decorate Isabella's teacher's door and the theme for this year had to be something about pirates and just to help us a little more her last name is "WILDE" so we had fun decorating her door and she loved it a lot. We wrote " Mrs Wilde bunch we go bananas for you" with a lot of monkeys in a Island + the ocean and real sand... it turned out better than we imagine.

For the month of March we "the visiting teachers" decided to get together and have a breakfast at Ines's house and give our message. It's really good to discuss our ideas and share our experiences as friends. We're so grateful for the gospel in our lives and for our friendship one for another.

We had a Fairy Tea Party at the library. To get tickets for this event my mom and I had to go to the library two weeks before the event at 7:30 a.m and I thought we were going to be the first ones there since they would start selling the tickets at 9 a.m. but to my surprise there were at least 40 to 50 people in front of us... uau.
Anyways, my mom and I got the tickets for us and for some friends and all the girls had a blast, they had a ballet performance, pictures with the fairies and some refreshment. Isabella looked so cute with the costume that I ordered online but the wings were not what we expect and I ended up doing something that made it look very nice.
I'm so glad that I'm alive and health to do all this funny things with my family!

This 3 are really good friends... Victoria M. Isabella and Victoria H.

This was our "butterfly" table.
Kevin had a kindergarten performance at his school and it was the cutest thing ever... I was laughing the whole time with Kevin's funny faces... he was tired of being there after two performances of one hour each one... the poor boy could not even sing anymore... but after all he did great. Mom and dad are proud of you.

This year for our anniversary I told John I did not want to go to the movie, I wanted to do something different this year. So first we went to a restaurant then to a symphony and last for a desert. So we went to Blue Iguana which is a Mexican restaurant and I recommend to anybody the food there is really good, after that we went to a symphony performance at Abravanel Hall and it was really beautiful John enjoyed a lot since he was part of a band in college and he kept explaining to me all about the different instruments. Last but not least we went to Olive Garden for a desert.
I can't believe we have been married for 11 years now... uau. He is a wonderful husband and father, throughout these years he has teaching so much and I have learned a lot about how to became a better person.

We went to a field trip to Macey's grocery store so the kids could learn a little bit more how they work there. How they make bread, donuts, how they pack the meat and how is important for us to eat fruits and vegetables which Kevin is not a big fan of. They had to write down everything they learned and then share with the teacher! Kevin loved to be there.
We went to the circus and the kids had a blast there. We enjoyed every moment that we had with all the circus activities. We ate cotton candy, popcorn and had a ride with the elephant. People who attend this program: Isabella, Kevin, myself, my mom, Juliana with her kids Victoria and Jacob, Amanda, Cris Norton with her kids. What a wonderful day that we had there.
